My portrait and travel photos can be found online and in print in publications such as The New York Times, The New Yorker, LA Times, The Guardian, Scientific American, Time.com, Publisher's Weekly and Vice. I also photograph authors for Macmillan Publishing and weddings from Paris to Vancouver, with stops in places like Kansas and of course my hometown of Manhattan.

What interests me about photography is the poetry and musicality that arises from experience when it's suddenly frozen; something comes alive in a photo that is buried and lost in the constant stream of new moments we're presented with. Whether it's a portrait or wedding or magazine shoot, I'm interested in telling that hidden story that comes through once experience is stopped and examined.
